I take products from 0 to 1 in domains where being wrong is expensive. I map how the operation runs, settle constraints with engineering, and build the frontend myself when that answers the question faster than a deck. Sole designer on three products at Easmed. I’m a Lead Product Designer. At Easmed, the lead and only designer across MedTech, Enterprise Software and E-commerce: a Sleep Apnea Screener Mobile App launching January 2027, a platform for Home Medical Equipment (HME/DME) operations, and the E-commerce Website that sells the devices. Before Easmed, Digital Twins and AR/VR at Hiverlab, then Blockchain and KYC (Know Your Customer) flows at ParallelChain Lab.
The Hiverlab years included AR experiences built for clients, among them Jewel-rassic Quest and Justice Boo.
The screen is never my starting point. Most of the work happens before one exists: reading how a business actually runs, arguing scope down to what a team can ship, and writing the lines a medical advisor has to sign off before they reach a patient. I also run the design practice around the product: critique, mentoring, deciding where AI earns a place in the workflow and where it does not, and holding the line on craft when a deadline argues otherwise.
Off screen, I’m a husband and dad trekking Coney Island with my family. To recharge, you’ll find me bouldering, playing PS5, or hacking on personal Digital Twin builds.

Four shipped products across healthcare, fintech and industrial software - each one research-led and outcome-measured.
Gave a CPAP company that lived on doctor referrals a route to the nine in ten people no doctor has met: one night of at-home screening in place of a 27-question clinical intake, a 67% cut in intake steps. Six doctors across three countries committed before launch. Designed end to end as the sole designer.
Cut average search time by 68% and lifted the SUS score from 28 to 81, a failing grade to an A, by rebuilding the BINGO Admin Console’s Information Architecture around search, filter, and sort.
Raised task completion from 45% to 98% and cut average task time from over 5 minutes to 1 minute 12 seconds, directing the redesign of BINGO’s applicant-facing KYC verification flow.
Zero to one design for Hiverlab’s Digital Twin platform. The working MVP closed the first enterprise contract in four months, and the product went on to win Keppel Shipyard and DB Schenker while lifting the sales pipeline by 25%.
